CenCon, L.L.C. is a full service Utility Contractor. Established in 1979, the company has expanded from a small Kansas town to operations spreading the entire state of Kansas along with the states of Nebraska and Wyoming.

Our main office is located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska with one regional office in Wellsville, KS.

Our company is in its 31st year of placing underground and aerial utilities for telephone, CATV, electrical and gas companies. We have also done several projects for the private sector.

We provide services for many utilities but specialize in the design, engineering, placement, splicing and testing of copper, coax and fiber telecommunication systems.
